For anyone who has lost weight before and watched it come back

It was never your willpower. It was your wiring.

X360 Weight Loss is a 12-week, brain-based program that rewires the subconscious habits behind cravings, emotional eating and weight regain. Then it backs that change with GLP-1 support when you need it, precision labs and genomics, and Alex, an AI coach who reviews your progress every week.

Why the weight keeps coming back

You already know what to eat. That was never the problem.

Tired woman at her kitchen table with a laptop and a bowl of snacks
A hard day, and the old habit switches on before you decide anything.

You have counted, tracked, cut carbs, fasted, joined, quit and joined again. For a while it works. Then a hard week arrives, the old pattern switches back on, and the weight you fought for returns, often with a few extra pounds.

Here is the cycle almost every program leaves you stuck in:

  1. You make a plan with your conscious, logical mind.
  2. You push it through on willpower, which tires by evening.
  3. Stress, a craving or an old feeling triggers an automatic habit.
  4. You blame yourself, and the shame makes the next craving stronger.

That is not a character flaw. Your brain is doing its job. It protects the habits and the body weight it has learned are safe, and it does that below conscious awareness, where a meal plan cannot reach.

So we stopped arguing with the conscious mind and went to where the programming actually lives.

The X360 difference

Change your mind. Change your body.

Most of what you do each day, including how, when and why you eat, runs on automatic programs stored in the subconscious mind. Diets speak to the small conscious part. X360 works on the large part that actually drives behavior.

Conscious mind

Logic, planning, willpower. Useful, and it runs out. This is where diets live.

Subconscious mind

Where X360 does its work:

  • Habits and cravings
  • Emotional eating patterns
  • Beliefs about food and your body
  • Your nervous system's sense of safety
  • Who you believe you are
Woman relaxing with headphones and eyes closed
A guided hypnosis session every week that you simply listen to.

When the program underneath changes, the right choices stop feeling like a fight. They start to feel like you. That is how results last after the 12 weeks end.

One complete system

Mind, body, biology and support, working as one

You have probably tried pieces of this before: a coach here, an app there, a prescription on its own. X360 brings more proven tools together than any program we know of, and sequences them in the order your brain accepts change.

How the 12 weeks unfold

Four phases, in the order your brain accepts change

Each week gives you seven short daily lessons, a hypnosis session, an NLP technique, an Integrated Neurology exercise, a mindful eating practice, a CBT worksheet, journal prompts and a simple action protocol.

A new week opens each week, on purpose. It gives you time to do the work, practice it, and let your nervous system properly process the changes that are happening. That is what makes the results last. Finish Week 12 and additional resources unlock.

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Safety and foundation

Calm the nervous system, learn real hunger from emotional hunger, and win early with protein first and hydration.

  2. Weeks 4–7

    Subconscious rewiring

Break the craving loop, meet the needs beneath emotional eating, and rewrite old beliefs about food and your body.

  3. Weeks 8–10

    Your new identity

Become the person who eats this way naturally, design your surroundings, and hold steady at every table.

  4. Weeks 11–12

    Permanence

Turn a slip into a skill, build a daily rhythm you own, and carry it into the life beyond the program.

Inside, you will discover

  • Why your body defends its weight like a threat, and how to show it that it is safe to let go (Week 1)
  • The one breath that signals safety to your nervous system and softens stress eating (Week 2)
  • How to tell the hunger in your body from the hunger that is not (Week 3)
  • The promise a craving makes, and how to ride it out without a fight (Week 4)
  • The rules you learned at the family table, and how to write new ones (Week 6)
  • What to do when the people who love you push back on your change (Week 10)
  • Why a slip is not a slide, and how to be back on track the same day (Week 11)

Alex notices what you miss, and tells you what to do next

Alex knows which week you are in, what you are working on and how your numbers are moving. Open it with one tap, any time of day.

  • Deep progress analysis. Weight, waist, body composition, sleep, water, steps, protein, strength sessions and practice, tracked week over week.
  • Finds the weak spot. When something slips, Alex names it and gives you the specific next step.
  • Meal plans. 7- and 30-day plans built around your tastes, budget, cooking time and household, with a shopping list for every week.
  • Movement plans. Steps, strength, zone 2 and after-meal walks, started from where you are today.
  • Your own targets. Protein and water set for your body and your goal.
  • A weekly check-in. Every Friday, a review of your week and a plan for the next.

Scale hasn't moved in 10 days. Starting to feel like giving up.

Your waist is down 1.5 inches in that time, and you hit protein 6 of 7 days. That is fat leaving while you hold on to muscle. The pattern I see is evenings: 3 of your 4 hardest moments were after 8pm. Tonight, play this week's hypnosis session before dinner instead of at bedtime, and use the Riding the Wave technique when the craving shows up. Want a 7-day meal plan with a bigger protein dinner?

Yes please.

Optional add-on: continuous glucose monitoring

See what food really does inside your body

A continuous glucose monitor, or CGM, is a small sensor on the back of your arm. With a free app, it shows your glucose response to every meal, walk and night of sleep, as it happens.

This may be the most powerful behavior-change tool we have. Advice tells you what should work. Your own numbers show you what actually does, for your body, in real time. Once you have watched a meal spike you and a ten-minute walk bring it back down, you do not need willpower to remember it.

  • Which meals keep you steady and which ones send you on the spike and crash that drives the next craving.
  • How movement changes the curve, including the after-meal walks built into the program.
  • How sleep and stress show up in your numbers, so the nervous system work stops feeling abstract.
  • Protein first, proven on you. See the difference eating order makes with your own food.
  • Alex reads it with your week, connecting your glucose to your meals, practice and progress.

A month of CGM sensors comes with our GLP-1 packages. Anyone else can add it to their plan, and extra sensors are available whenever you want them.

Medication, genomics and labs

GLP-1 medication can quiet the appetite. It cannot rewrite the habit.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are powerful tools. But when people stop taking them, the old patterns are still there, waiting.

About two-thirds

of the weight lost on semaglutide was regained within a year of stopping it in the STEP 1 trial extension.

GLP-1 and supporting medications

Medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide quiet appetite and food noise, which can make the early weeks feel far easier. If you are interested, start with a free consultation with Matt. When medication fits, he brings in our Medical Team, who prescribe it and adjust your dose as you go. X360 adds protein-first eating and strength training to protect your muscle, and the subconscious work that keeps the weight off after. GLP-1 packages include a month of continuous glucose monitoring. See how each medication works.

Functional genomics

A simple cheek swab you do at home. Your report shows how your genes tend to shape the way your body handles food, sleep, stress and exercise: which foods tend to suit you, what kind of movement you respond to, and where stress and sleep may be working against you. We turn it into practical choices, so your plan fits the body you actually have.

Woman on a video call with a clinician

Peptides

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the signals your cells already use to talk to each other. Some are used to support recovery, sleep, energy and body composition. Matt talks it through with you first, and our Medical Team makes the medical decision. Explore the peptides we offer.

Blood sample tubes in a laboratory rack

Metabolic labs

Measure what is really happening inside, beyond what your glucose sensor shows, so decisions come from your numbers, not guesswork.

Functional genomics and weight

Why the same diet works for your friend and not for you

Your genes do not decide your weight, but they do shape how your body tends to respond. Your report shows where your biology is likely helping you and where it is working against you, so your plan starts in the right place instead of by trial and error.

  • Appetite and fullnessSome people are wired to feel hungrier or to feel full later. Knowing that turns "no willpower" into a plan.
  • Carbs and fatsHow your body tends to handle each, and which balance is likely to suit you.
  • Exercise responseWhether you are likely to respond more to strength or endurance work, and how fast you recover.
  • Stress, sleep and caffeineHow your body tends to handle stress hormones and caffeine, and what that means for cravings and sleep.
  • Nutrient needsVitamins and nutrients your genes suggest you may need more of.

Why together matters

Each of these works better with the others. Together, they are something new.

Most people get one piece at a time: a prescription from one place, a DNA test from another, a diet app, and no one connecting the dots. As far as we know, no other program puts subconscious reprogramming, medication, genomics, labs and a weekly AI coach into one plan built around you.

  • Medication plus X360A GLP-1 quiets the appetite while X360 rewires the habits behind it, so you are not left with the old patterns when the prescription ends. Alex knows you are on it and keeps your protein and strength work on track to protect muscle.
  • Genomics plus your planYour results shape what you eat, how you move and where you focus first, so you stop guessing and start with what suits your body.
  • A glucose sensor plus AlexIf you add a CGM, it shows how each meal and walk lands in your body, and Alex reads it alongside your week to show you what to change next.
  • Peptides plus the programWhere your Medical Team decides a peptide fits, it supports recovery and body composition while the program builds the habits that last.
  • Faster early momentum, with less of the white-knuckle struggle.
  • Muscle protected while the weight comes off.
  • A plan that fits your biology, not an average person's.
  • Results built to last, because the habit changes along with the body.

How the medical side works

  1. Book a free consultation with Matt.30 minutes, in person or by telehealth, to talk about medication, peptides, genomics or labs. None of it is required.
  2. Matt looks at the whole picture.Your history, your goals and, where it helps, your labs. He sets up genomics and labs, and brings in the Medical Team when a prescription is part of the plan.
  3. You add only what fits. Each piece is priced individually and explained before you decide anything.

The problem nobody mentions at the pharmacy counter

GLP-1 weight loss can take your muscle with it

When you eat far less, your body does not only burn fat. Without the right protein and training, a large share of what comes off the scale can be lean mass, including muscle.

About 40%

of the weight lost on semaglutide was lean (non-fat) mass in a 140-person body scan substudy of the STEP 1 trial.

Wilding et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2021
About a quarter

of the weight lost on tirzepatide was lean (non-fat) mass in a 160-person body scan substudy of the SURMOUNT-1 trial.

Look et al., Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism, 2025

Why that matters

  • A slower metabolism. Muscle is your body's engine. Lose it, and you burn less every day, which makes regain easier.
  • Weaker, not just lighter. Less strength for stairs, lifting and the things you want to do, and more risk of falls as the years go on.
  • Regain comes back as fat. Muscle lost on the way down does not return on its own, so a regain cycle can leave you with more body fat than you started with.

This is what we see again and again with medication-only prescribing: a prescription, a refill reminder, and nothing else. The number on the scale drops, the muscle goes with it, and the habits that drove the weight gain are exactly where they were.

How X360 meets it head on

  • Protein first, with a daily target set for your body, from Week 1.
  • Strength training from Week 4, started from wherever you are today.
  • Alex tracks body composition, not just weight, and flags it when protein or strength sessions slip.
  • The reasons you eat, changed at the root. The whole program is built around the habits, emotions, beliefs and stress responses that drive eating, so when the medication is lowered or stopped, you are not left alone with the old patterns.

Medication can make the weight come off. X360 is built to make sure it is the right weight, and that it stays off.

Questions

Questions people ask before they start

What is X360 Weight Loss?

A 12-week online weight loss program from Integrated Functional Health, created by Matt DeWild, RN, and Molly Hinke-DeWild, LISW. It changes the subconscious habits and beliefs that drive eating, using hypnosis, NLP, CBT, Integrated Neurology and positive psychology, and pairs that work with protein-first nutrition, cellular hydration, movement plans and Alex, an AI coach. GLP-1 medication, peptides, functional genomics and metabolic labs are added when you need them.

How much does it cost?

The Introductory Week is free, with no obligation and no credit card required. After that it is $47 a month, for as long as you find it useful, and you can cancel anytime. That includes every lesson, hypnosis session, technique, worksheet and handout, and Alex. Continuous glucose monitoring is an optional add-on, and comes with our GLP-1 packages. Medication, peptides, genomics and labs are optional and priced individually, based on what you actually need.

Is there any risk? Can I cancel?

No risk. The Introductory Week is free, with no obligation and no credit card required, so you can see how it works and feel a hypnosis session before you pay anything. After that it is $47 a month. Stay as long as you need it and keep getting value from it, and cancel anytime.

Do I have to take a GLP-1 medication?

No. The program works on its own. If you are curious whether a GLP-1 such as semaglutide or tirzepatide would help, book a free consultation with Matt. When it fits, our Medical Team prescribes it and adjusts it. You can read how each medication works on our medical weight loss page.

I already take a GLP-1. Is X360 for me?

Yes, and it may be the most important thing you add. Medication quiets appetite, but it does not change the habits and beliefs that brought the weight back before. X360 does that work, and teaches protein-first eating and strength training to protect your muscle while you lose.

What is a glucose monitor, and do I need one?

A continuous glucose monitor, or CGM, is a small sensor worn on the back of your arm. With the free app, it shows how your glucose responds to each meal, walk and night of sleep, as it happens. Seeing your own body respond is one of the fastest ways to change eating habits, because it replaces guesswork with proof. It is optional. A month of sensors comes with our GLP-1 packages, anyone can add it to their plan, and extra sensors are available to purchase.

Will I lose muscle on a GLP-1?

It is a real risk. In body scan substudies of the major trials, roughly a quarter to 40 percent of the weight lost on GLP-1 medication was lean (non-fat) mass, which includes muscle. X360 addresses it head on with protein-first eating from Week 1, strength training from Week 4, and Alex tracking your body composition, not just your weight. The program also changes the habits and stress responses behind eating, so the results hold when medication is lowered or stopped.

What does the genomics test tell me?

It is a simple cheek swab you do at home. Your report shows how variations in your genes tend to shape the way your body handles food, sleep, stress and exercise. We use it to make practical choices that fit your biology: what to eat more of, how to move, and where to focus first. The test is priced separately and explained before you order it.

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. Your body makes many of them naturally, and they act as signals between cells. Some peptide medications are used to support recovery, sleep, energy or body composition. Whether any peptide is right for you is a medical decision, made by a licensed provider after an assessment. Our free seven day guide, Peptides Decoded, explains GLP-1s and peptides in plain language.

How does hypnosis help with weight loss? Will I lose control?

Most eating is automatic and runs below conscious awareness. Hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state in which new habits and beliefs are rehearsed right where those automatic patterns live. You stay aware and in control the whole time. The Introductory Week shows you exactly what hypnosis is and lets you feel it for yourself.

Who is Alex?

Alex is your X360 AI coach. Alex knows your week, runs a weekly check-in, tracks your numbers and practice, spots what is slipping and tells you what to do about it, and builds 7- and 30-day meal plans with shopping lists and personal movement plans.

Why is the program released one week at a time?

Program materials are released one week at a time. That gives you time to complete the week's work, practice it, and let your nervous system properly process the changes that are happening, which leads to better long-term success. When you complete Week 12, additional resources unlock.

How much time does it take each day?

Most people spend 30 to 60 minutes a day: a short lesson, a practice, and a guided hypnosis session you listen to. Everything works on your phone.

What if I have tried everything already?

Then you are exactly who we built this for. Every program you tried worked on the conscious mind. X360 works on the part that has been running the show.

Twelve weeks from now, you can be the person this comes naturally to.

Or you can try the next diet with the same wiring underneath. You already know how that goes. Start where the change actually happens.
